Visiting a local orphanage was a highlight of my time in Liberia. There were between 30 & 40 children at this particular orphanage. Mercy Ships had rebuilt the dorms and the school room. Most of the children here had witnessed their parents savagely killed by the rebels during the war. They loved having their photographs taken. My visit ended with them singing a couple of songs for me.
